As your local and regional Independent Living Resource Centre, we offer a broad range of programming and services directed to both our consumers and to the community at large.  We strive to not only provide needed services to persons with disabilities, but education and inclusion support to our community and region.

Our flagship programs are the Creating Employability Options Program (CEO) and the Directions Program.  You can learn more about these programs by visiting their respective sections on this website.  In addition to these programs we also offer Core Programs, which are similar throughout all of our sibling Centres throughout Canada.  Our Core Programming covers virtually all aspects of our organizational mandate to our Consumers and our growing of Independent Living in Canada.
