The Employer benefits that you enjoy when partnering with the Creating Employability Options Program are numerous.  All of our participants participate in pre-employment and skill based workshops that focus on the essential skills employers are looking for.  In today’s economy we understand tight budgets; our program incentives help to offset the cost of training and our large database of ready workers can save you on advertising, screening, interviewing and hiring.

All you have to do is provide a work opportunity which may lead to ongoing employment upon the successful completion of the training / placement period.  We will provide you with as much support as you need, including the possibility of training incentives of up to 80% of their wage and for up to 26 weeks.

Do you only have a part-time or casual opening?

Part-time and/or casual employment opportunities are oftentimes best suited for our participants, whom are sometimes reentering the workforce after an absence.  These opportunities give our participants the ability to gain self-confidence and build personal skills in an increasingly challenging setting.  While we always have participants for full-time opportunities: part-time and casual opportunities are typically more difficult to find.  Don’t hesitate to contact us for any opportunity to have available.  Scheduled weekly hours can be as low as 5 hours per week.

• Any employer that is willing and able to provide a work opportunity is eligible.
• CEO Program Staff provides all employers with hands-on, individual support.
• We support all participants that we provide to employers individually.
• Prospective participants are pre-screened and specifically matched to employers’ needs.
• Participants are provided with pre-employment skill development training.
• Training incentives for up to 80% of their wage and for up to 26 weeks may be provided.
