We won't lie to you: this section of our site used to be somewhat confusing, talking mainly about program components and eligibility requirements. It did little to really explain what our CEO Program is truly all about. This program is in fact difficult to explain, but for very positive reasons. The difficulty in explaining this program is results because CEO can do different things for different people. There is no 'one size fits all' in anything our Centre does: nor should there be anywhere!
First and foremost, the CEO Program has to be broken down into its two major sections:
- Participants: people looking for opportunities
- Employers: community partners who wish to employ our skilled and ready-to-work participants.
The reality is, there is a lot of talk about employment programs and employability these days and how this relates to persons with disabilities: we believe talk is cheap! Our dynamic team are taking a proactive and supportive role with both our Participants and Employer Partners. Ultimately, the goal of CEO is very simple: match Participants to opportunities that will be successful. We make working with us even simpler by engaging every Participant individually and personally. The benefits of partnering with us as either an Employer of a Participant or becoming a Participant yourself are numerous. CEO functions very differently for each of these two sections, but with the same goal: ultimate success.
